Genesis Business Capital, Inc (GBC) is a company that focuses on Senior Insurance Services through assisting Medicare agents since 2007. GBC was founded on May 6th, 2005, by Gustavo and Helen Pacheco initially as an Employee Benefits agency. In 2007 the agency was offered a Medicare Field Marketing Organization (FMO) by a National Carrier. Since then, GBC have earned several distributor contracts with national carriers such, is licensed in 10 States: AL, CT, FL, GA, LA, MS, NJ, NY OK, TN; we are always looking to expand. Products include Medicare Advantage Prescription Plan (MAPD), Prescription Drug Plan (PDP), Supplement, Final Expense, Group Medicare large and small group.

We represent Medicare Advantage HMO, PPO, PFFS, and Prescription Drug Plan organizations that have a Medicare contract. Enrollment depends on the plan’s contract renewal. Not all plans offer all of these benefits. Benefits may vary by carrier and location. Limitations and exclusions may apply. Every year, Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating system. Part B Premium give-back is not available with all plans. Availability varies by carrier and location. Actual Part B premium reduction could be lower. Deductibles, copays and coinsurance may apply. We are a non-government website and are not endorsed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) or any other government agency.
